Momitate Examples

Momitate resets are built around what you're actually living through: yelling and the guilt after it, a toddler who won't stop screaming, sibling fights, sensory overload, and the stretch between dinner and bedtime.

What a reset sounds like

Each reset is 1–3 minutes, spoken in plain, warm language — no chimes, no mantras, no pretending the day was calm. You can listen, or read it quietly if the house is loud.
