Please do not submit harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content when creating a Momitation.
3. Ownership of Content
All generated audio, text, and media on Momitate remain the property of Momitate.
You may use your Momitation personally, but not for resale, redistribution, or any commercial purpose.
4. AI-Generated Content
Momitations are created with AI based on your input and may not always reflect every mom’s specific needs or situation.
Please use them in ways that feel supportive and appropriate for you.

Momitate is not a healthcare or therapeutic service.
All content is intended for relaxation and entertainment only.
Always consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or parenting-related concerns.
6. User Responsibility
By using Momitate, you agree that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions.
Do not use Momitate while performing tasks that require your attention or judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Momitate is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any physical, emotional, or mental outcomes from using the platform, or for any errors or interruptions in service.

When you submit a request, the text you provide is processed only for the purpose of generating your Momitation.
We do not store, retain, or save the text you submit in our own systems.
Your prompt may be temporarily processed by our AI service provider (e.g., OpenAI) solely to create your audio. If you provide an email address, it is used to deliver your Momitation, manage your account, contact you regarding your use of the platform, or send optional newsletters you choose to receive.
